Looking for a draftsman who can sketch out a coffee shop which meets the relevant codes and regulations of downtown los angeles. Needed to submit to plan check. call or email

Hire an architect.
You'll also need your kitchen equipment supplier to provide drawings for the health department and a proper extinguishing system for your hood.
A draftsman won't be able to do that for you. |
