I'm an architectural professional, having 10 years of experiance in Architectural design & drafting. presently working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a German interior consulting firm.
I am available for any types of CAD/drafting work on a freelance basis. Among the services I can offer are:
Architectural Drafting:
- plans/elevations/sections/details
- Interior Design drawings
- sketches to working drawings
- as-builts
plus
- Sketchup modelling
- Visio Technical Drafting & editing.
Architectural Renderings:
- traditional 2D renderings of plans/elevations and 3D perspectives ... and anything in between
I'm looking to help architects, designers, homeowners, small developers, or anyone whose project just isn't the right fit for a full service firm with exorbitant retainers. My rate is dependant on the scale & complexity of your project - I will provide an estimate based on the scope of work. I am open to negotiation and flat-fee contracts. Qualifications:
- 10+ years of AutoCAD experience
- 4+ years of professional architectural experience in UAE,
- experience with residential, commercial, and civic projects
