Getting paid for providing 3D services is great, because that's what we love to do. Our company has many self-motivated professionals who are ready to work around the clock for our clients and for getting paid. But, money does not make them stay in our company. However, their passion for visualizing architectual designs in 3D does. The following rendering has just ben finished by our company. www.- spam -.com . Feel free to make comments on this. Thanks Very Happy

well, my comment is you have been trying to hard, too hard it starts to feel like a spam,..spam = annoying, people dont like to be annoyed. I believe you have been posting with different names as well?

Your samples are okay, however as a fellow visualiser i want to give opinions and see what you think.

I keep telling my clients that there is a fine line between an actual "Architectural Visualisation" (both marketing wise and construction wise) and "pretty picture" which tells merely a euphoria message of being able to use 3DS Max and VRay which nowadays become very popular. I can normally tell the different by looking at the camera angle and what the image currently emphasized on. Based on my experiences, client always want a broaden view of their product be it an internal or external so people (to whom they try to sell to) can see the overall space of the flat for example. They want it to be spot on especially when they pay £500 - £1000 per visual (UK market) so they wont waste their budget. I dont know about worldwide market but i am sure its similar.

Again, your samples are okay. By looking at some of them, i pressume they are private projects (correct me if im wrong) yes? Well nothing wrong with that, i only want to share suggestion as per my experiences:

1. For me it would be better to make a visual of the whole space (like i mentioned earlier). I notice that some of your kitchen samples emphasized on product not space i.e: the one focused on kitchen sink and dinner set, and the one which camera looks from a low angle (as if the person who took the picture lying on the floor). Again nothing wrong with that, but if i were client who try to sell luxury flat i would not want my brochure filled with image of kitchen sink and dinner set. Its similar to if you want to sell a car would you take only a picture of its wheel? Its good but it wont sell, as simple as that.

2. Try to make more external visual. Making an internal visual is far more easy in term of achieving realism. Nowadays, people tend to show how good they are by making an over the top internal visual, adding a bunch of pointless clutters. Again nothing wrong with that, but tbh i hardly came acrross a client who bother so much about how the bed cover should be arranged, a bit more folded etc, or what book should be placed on the top of the table etc. I know it may sounds naif but its true. By making more external it will show balance of your skills.

Just my 2 cents. Ta
