We're having trouble identifying which zone our project would be classifyed as regarding SSc8 Lighting Pollution Reduction.
The area we're developing is undoubtedly a rural site, but the development will turn it into a commercial zone. Is anyone aware of where I can find a more detailed description of what constitutes the different zones other than that which is provided in the reference guide?
