Rick Palmer and Associates has been providing professional custom residential design and planning services for single family projects in the western North Carolina area since 1986. Professional memberships include Professional Member, American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD). A current North Carolina State Contractors License is held as well for residential and commercial projects. I have specialized in mountain properties regarding site design and development, schematic design, construction documents, project specifications, bidding of projects and consulting services throughout the construction process. In addition to new construction I have also been involved in numerous addition/remodelling projects over the years, as well.
